Quality First

We only use the best local meats, sourced from local farms and butchers. We then smoke it for hours it over natural wood, with our own blends of herbs and spices.

We use a range of local suppliers for meats and produce, with a focus on sustainability and low environmental impact when sourcing supplies such as spices and chiles from further afield.


We treat all our meat with the utmost respect, aiming to bring out the best in every cut. We use a wood-burning offset smoker (from Workhorse Pits), barrels from Pit Barrel Cooker Co, and a smoker/grill from PK Grills
