Our menu will change over the course of time based on seasonality, feedback from you, and what we feel like cooking week to week! This page features some examples of the sort of things you can expect if you pop down to see us.

Al Polzeath Taco
Our new favourite menu item, debuted during Whitsun 2022 run.
Warm corn tortilla wrapped around smoked pork, crisped up on the plancha, with crunch from Yucatán-inspired citrus-pickled onions, a smear of sweet heat from our roasted pineapple habanero salsa and finished with a squeeze of lime crema.

Carne Asada Taco
Warmed corn tortillas wrapped around smoked medium-rare skirt steak, finished on the plancha. Works well with salsa verde, made devilishly good with the addition of our fearsome salsa roja and lime crema.

Loaded Nachos
Any of our taco toppings mixed up with peppers and onions, served with lashings of fresh salsas.
Finished on the flat-top with peppers, onions, and a mix of mozarella cheese and Davidstow cheddar,
The spicy cheesey mixture is then smothered over hand-cut fresh-fried tortilla chips, before being finished with salsas and lime crema.

Smash Burgers
We've got three types of smash burger on offer - all double patties, with double cheese and finished with house burger sauce in a freshly toasted bun.
100% beef patties are seasoned with our Cow King rub as they cook, and smashed into a red-hot flat top. Flipped and cheesed, they then get finished three ways:
Double Double: Two patties, two slices of cheese, finished with pickles and burger sauce.
Big Kahuna: Two patties, two slices of cheese, loaded with pineapple-habanero salsa and topped with BBQ peppers and onions.
BBQ style: More meat! Topped with a layer of smoked pork, caremelised in BBQ sauce, and a dollop of our kewpie-apple slaw.
